subplot 01 -- [/sup] && Graystrip Frostpelt Graystrip first started developing feelings for Frostpelt before she was even named a Chief, eleven moons ago. He wasn't a shy cat, but still didn't approach her. And on the few times where they did converse, she barely paid him any interest. Simply watching her from afar nurtured the growth of his emotions, until he was completely besotted with her. Still, he makes a point to tell himself that it isn't love, and there are plenty of other fish in the sea. Yet he can't help but find her sometimes cold demeanor attractive.
Though is another cat ever mentioned Graystrip's name to Frostpelt, she would have to think a while before being able to match name to face. Also, on the times she has had to lead him and another on a patrol, his laziness began to get on her nerves.
Will Graystrip ever get over this unresponsive she-cat, or finally get the courage to talk to her. And even if he did, would Frostpelt push him away?

subplot 02 -- [/sup] && Sparrowtail Brownpaw Brownpaw, the son of Whitecrest and Russetheart, has constantly felt like he was living in his more outspoken sisters shadow. His sibling seemed to always have the spotlight on her, so being good natured he slunk more into the shadows so as not to steal it. Yet now he is more cowardly than usual, afraid of what could happen to him if he did certain things, or what may await him in areas he doesn't know. Of course when he does try something, he does it clumsily and without conviction, as he doesn't believe in himself. He doesn't believe he could match up to the other apprentices standards.
With just three moons left, and being trained by a mentor who gets irritated by him, and despairs, there can't be much hope left. She has tried to at least get him to excel on his knowledge of things, but he won't be able to make it as a warrior without being at least a half-decent hunter or fighter.
As time runs out, will Brownpaw be able to muster the determination and confidence needed for his training? Will Sparrowtail just pass him on to another mentor, or will Brownpaw have to spend extra moons training while his sisters become warriors?

subplot 03 --
&& && Amberpool Blackwhisker Bronzestorm
Blackwhisker is an outgoing tom who likes to play the field. So when he saw a sweet, attractive she-cat who he knew wouldn't put up much resistance, how could he resist? So he went about being his usual self: charming and romantic, with a touch of pride. Amberpool was quickly caught in his spell, falling for him deeper than expected. This didn't hinder Blackwhisker at all, because they all ended up in the same situation in the end. There is only one problem to over come: Bronzestorm.
It just so happened that Amberpool was Bronzestorm's sister. And he was protective over her. Not overly so, but enough to know to keep her away from Blackwhisker. The two toms had both been apprentices for a short time together, Blackwhisker being three moons older. And in that time, they had not been the best of friends. Now mild feelings of dislike are morphing to make the two rivals.
Will Blackwhisker finally succeed in getting what he wants: Amberpool? Or will Bronzestorm manage to put a stop to antics before they begin?
